[Remote]Senior iOS Engineer

We, at iPass, leverage transit and e-payment data to drive our business. Being one of few companies powering Taiwan's main transportation, iPass is uniquely positioned in the market as the cornerstone of the e-payment ecosystem.

Your role is crucial in helping the team investigate the data and provide analytical reports to support business decisions. You will also be instrumental in developing a flexible dashboard or API for third parties. Let's stay excited as we uncover the next chapter of the transit and the e-payment ecosystem.

Responsibilities
• Build and maintain mobile applications using Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM), integrating both Android and iOS native development.
• Develop applications to help users manage their transit cards or make payments with their smartphones.
• Create reusable, flexible, and well-tested components.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance product features and functionality.
• Improve the product’s quality by staying abreast of new technologies and performing code refactoring when necessary.

Requirements
• 3+ years of experience with iOS app development.
• Familiarity with Swift/Objective-C.
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CICD), such as GitLab CI.
• Experience with submitting iOS apps to the App Store, including managing developer accounts.
• Understanding of RESTful API concepts.

Nice To Have
• 1+ years of experience in Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM).
• Experience developing or maintaining open source libraries.
• Prior collaboration with financial background/industry teams.
