Responsibilities:
1. Maintain standards for reliability and performance of production.
2. Work closely with the development team to improve existing products
3. Reviewing consumer use flow, quality specifications and technical design documents to do quality test and provide meaningful feedback.
4. Discuss with R&D to create detailed and well-structured test plans and test cases.
5. Ensure products meet customer expectations and demand
6. Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing
7. Satisfy customers and also meet SLA requirement
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
2. SW working knowledge of products and services
3. Good customer focus
4. Sharp attention to detail
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Great team player with the ability to work
7. Based on the project to execute the service and support plan
