This Digital Marketing Specialist will plan the digital marketing strategy and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive the traffic with regional and international resellers, and ensure the collateral and other communications reflect the brand of the company accurately.
Drive digital traffic and increase search result with solid understanding of digital campaign tools
- Manage HQ social media sites including Facebook, Instagram and YouTube (our social media platforms are growing!) with brand’s tone of voice
- Develop creative digital marketing campaigns & social media content that drives sales
- Develop an advertisement strategy and goals. Estimate costs and performance for each channel
- Manage, monitor, and analyze day-to-day campaign bidding and budgets and make regular proactive changes to improve advertisement performance.
- Regularly research new advertisement channels and content opportunities
- Research keyword and manage/adjust keyword list based on local/regional/global search trends
- Generate PPC reports with campaign results, lead numbers, and other metrics valuable to overall marketing efforts
- Optimize keyword, ad copy, landing page, and perform bid & budget management, ads configuration in AdWords/Facebook, SEO/Google Analytics, and basic HTML/page modification
- Communicate with resellers to ensure alignment of marketing goals and objectives
- Up-to-date Knowledge: Maintain an active awareness of the trends, research competitors, and best practices for the industry as well as digital marketing
- 3 or more years of experience in in-house digital marketing.
- Strong excel/spreadsheet proficiency
- Understanding of A/B testing
- Proven success in past SEM / Digital Ad campaigns (will need to present during interview)
- Understanding of the relationship between offline and online marketing initiatives
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese
