產品&專案經理

Toppan iDGate would like to invite experienced and enthusiastic candidate as our product and project manager. The candidate will be helping and working across different functional teams to set realistic goals and manage the execution, delivery and launch of Toppan iDGate’s products and projects.
凸版蓋特希望招聘經驗豐富且積極進取的產品及專案經理，你將會幫助我們跨部門及地域的團隊製定切合實際在產品管理及客戶專案交付的目標，執行並確保產品或專案可以在預算內如期完成或上線。

Job Responsibility
主要職務 :
1.負責專案及產品開發之需求訪談、分析規劃、執行、進度掌控、成本控管及結案程序管
理與協調，並能完成專案相關文件。
Lead the entire project and product development lifecycle from project scoping,
product definition, requirement analysis, resource planning and scheduling, cost
control to project delivery or product launch and complete all related project and
product documentation.
2.管理資源並協調跨部門及地域的項目團隊成員和不同級別的利害關係人
Manage resources and coordinate project team members and different level of
stakeholders
3.進行知識管理，撰寫與彙整時程、品質、資源、教育訓練之相關文件，並與支援團隊協
調配合與整合管理。
Capture internal knowledge by compiling documentation related to project,
schedule, quality, resources, and training. And provide project coordination and
support to other teams for product and project related matters.
4.懂得及了解凸版蓋特產品與技術價值與走向，並產出產品PPT與相關文件，參與產品演示
製作及相關討論，協助行銷團隊增加及推廣凸版蓋特產品的知名度及採用度。
Develop and deliver compelling presentations, product demos, sample solutions,
and discussions to drive awareness and adoption of Toppan iDGate’s products
and technologies
5.協助定義產品、研究使用者需求的工作蒐集、分析客戶或產品之相關情報。
Assist in market and technology research on product, markets and customer needs
for the continuous development of Toppan iDGate’s products and technologies

Job Qualification
具備條件 :
1.工作經驗 : ３年以上 PM經驗
3 years working experience in product or project related activities
2.學歷要求 : 理工科系 專科、大學、碩士 以上
3.科系要求 : 資訊管理,企業管理相關
Degree holder in engineering management or related is preferred
4.語文條件 : 中及英文 (聽:精、說:精、讀:精、寫:精)
Language: Chinese & English (professional)
5.良好跨部門協調溝通的能力
Excellent communication skills across functional and geographical teams
6.良好的組織能力和細心
Good organization skills and detailed-minded
7.對項目管理方法及流程如PMP、Scrum 有一定程度的認識
Have understanding of project management methods such as PMP, Scrum, etc
8.熟悉軟體開發流程如 SDLC, Agile為佳。
Experienced in SDLC or Agile software development execution and business
analysis is preferred
9.具資安軟體相關經驗者佳
Experienced in software security product is preferred
