平台營運分析師 (Revenue Operations Specialist)

Inline is looking for a highly motivated, driven, and high EQ individual (with possible promotion to Full Time Employee) with a career interest in Software as a service (SaaS) Financial function. 
The person in this role will focus on delivering high quality customer data analysis and quality assurance to our internal financial control function. As well as helping the revenue team to find customer insights thru data analysis on existing inline services.Given the rapid APAC expansion, we are looking for people who are detail oriented with analytic capabilities to derive insights from disparate data sources. High fluency in English is nice to have as communication with global partners are required.

What You Will DO:

[數據能力]

• 根據用戶資料分析潛在解約客戶。
• 優化帳務系統，以自動化為最終目標。
• 分析客戶使用行為並向工程團隊提出產品建議。
• 能夠有系統的處理大量資料。（帳務資訊、客戶訂單等）

[帳務相關]

• 管理客戶的應收帳款。
• 在帳務系統中建立客戶聯絡資料。
• 定期將任何與系統和或帳款有關的問題告知管理團隊。
• 提供一致的知識轉移，以確保趨勢和帳款問題得到解決。
• 維持帳款準確性和完整的紀錄有關帳款的流動。
• 建立和維護 dashboards。

[專案控制能力]

• 準確追蹤內部和外部請求，快速處理資訊並解決問題。
• 隨時將可能導致無法如期完成、錯誤法規等地區&法規問題告知主管。
• 根據部門的需求和標準，實現並持續維護每日、每週和每月的生產力和質量目標。
• 按照指示使用工具和資源。
• 執行分配的任務以支持組織的目標。

What You Should Have:
- Excel 精通。
- Python 精通。
- 熟悉Google Suite。
- 中文—精通。
- 台語、英文—良好。

- 有餐廳營運或類似環境的經驗者優先
- 擁有時間管理和組織技能，能夠根據不斷變化的業務需求，進行多項任務處理
- 具有開朗及有幽默的態度，能與同仁一起工作與成長
- 在目標明確的快節奏環境中，呈現出色的書面報告、口頭交流和交際能力，能夠快速確認客戶需求，並提供全面的解決方案
- 願意跟隨公司角度和方向，努力達成業務目標
