This position, either Sr. or Jr. professional, is a combined role of inside sales and assistant to Client Success Manager. Not required to travel, she or he is an integral and important part of converting basic members to paid subscribers.
When a standard prospective customer is identified, she or he will use phones, emails, Zoom and/ or any other online/ offline means at the workplace to identify the customer’s needs, offer a product fit, and bring the customer onboard.
S/he will also act as an assisting partner to the Manager with work responsibilities ranging from identifying quality prospects, passing to the Manager those who require customized offerings, filing ERP and PO documentations, to doing some other administrative work related to sales and ad-hoc assignments by the Manager.
Cross-functionally, s/he will work with Growth Hacking on qualifying leads and prospecting, Product Marketing on pitching and demonstrations, with Finance on ERP and PO management, with PM on trial and subscription account set-up, and with Client Support on onboarding and subscriber satisfaction as a contact window.
- Personalty: coachable, quick learning, curious, support, and cooperative
- Prior work experience: being inside sales, telesales or sales assistant
- Microsoft Office skill: Working with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a must
- Basic knowledge of Intellectual Properties is a great plus
- Additional language to English is a plus
