主要職責：
- 制定以用戶為核心、數據驅動的數位行銷策略以達成產品及品牌目標；
- 熟悉數位行銷工具，行動廣告投放策略/Social media經營/KOC合作...等；
- 挖掘韓國用戶使用行為偏好，與產品PM、數據分析、設計跨部門協作，落實本地化行銷運營舉措；
- 對數據敏感並具有高度學習能力，能夠深入分析數據找出問題與機會點；
- 本地資源拓展溝通 (英文能力優，具備韓語能力更佳)

- Develop user-focused, data-driven digital marketing strategies to achieve product and brand objectives;
- Familiar with digital marketing tools, mobile advertising placement strategy / Social media operation / KOC cooperation... Familiar with mobile advertising tools, social media management, KOC cooperation, etc;
- To explore Korean users' behavioral preferences and collaborate with product PM, data analysis, and design departments to implement localized marketing operations;
- Sensitive to data and with high learning ability, able to analyze data to identify problems and opportunities;
-Local Resource Development Communication (Excellent English, Korean is a plus)
- 須具備專案管理能力，擅長跨部門溝通、資源整合；
- 多益800以上或其他檢定同等成績；
- 熱愛迎接挑戰，並具備良好的適應能力與自我驅動力；
- 有APP產品運營或海外市場用戶增長經驗者，優先評估
- 具備優秀韓文能力者(TOPIK六級通過)，優先評估
