Job Description

At Migo, Talent Operations plays an important role to connect Imagineers and company, focus on understanding what Imagineers need and how to provide it. This HR generalist will devote his/her time and effort to ensure smooth and efficient talent operations here in Taipei, also has a stage to use his/her creativity to continuously improve the existing process, develop new HR programs and build a joyful and supportive HR functions for our Imagineers.

Responsibilities

  • Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the Talent Operations and to improve employee experience
  • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance
  • Own and manage the HR programs and projects such as Compensation & Benefits, employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, and payroll etc.
  • Coach and counsel managers on maintaining positive employee relations for a wide range of issues, which may include conducting investigations in response to Employee Relations issues and recommend/ implement courses of action based on investigation results.
  • Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters
  • Assist in Work Permit processing and communication to all parties
  • Keep and manage the legal documents and contract. (e.g. contract with headhunter, NDA etc.)
  • Ensure legal compliance of Taiwan Labor law HR and applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required
  • Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contributes to the development of policies
  • Act as liaison between employees and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices and regulations

Requirement

 Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience working in HR
  • Strong understanding of Taiwan Labor Laws and employment laws
  • Demonstrates deep knowledge on HR policies, procedures, compliance and practices and experience in developing, executing and maintaining HR projects and programs
  • Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced environment and help leaders navigate through a variety of organizational changes
  • Ability to proactively discover problems and drive appropriate solutions by logical thought process.
  • Effective English and Mandarin communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
  • Strong detail-oriented and resourceful mindset
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed
  • Knowledge of BambooHR is a plus

Salary Range

NT$ 60,000 - (Monthly)
