• End-to-End Hiring
o Design, manage and implement world-class processes for all talent related functions (selection, hiring, on-boarding, off-boarding etc.)
o Create exceptional experiences for candidates and all parties involved with hiring process
o Formulate innovative recruiting strategies that yield high quality potential Imagineers
o Work closely with all hiring managers to construct recruiting plans tailored for their specific hiring needs
o Spot talent from various pipelines and channels internally and externally
• Talent Development
o Develop and drive programs that will support holistic growth of all Imagineers and progression of high potential individuals.
o Actively seek needs from all teams and leaders to ensure tools and resources necessary for well-rounded development of each individual are easily accessible and readily available
• Internal Communications
o Maintain a nurturing, open and transparent environment; Cultivate a culture of continous learning where all Imagineers are highly engaged and motivated
o Create magical experiences for the team ranging from big events such as company parties to small gestures such as celebrating birthdays/work anniversaries
