一個結合行政專業、總務、活動規劃於一身的職位,更是提升團隊工作效率的幕後推手!

【你的工作職責及任務】

1. 協助一般行政庶務及文書工作 (如: 訂餐、收發信件包裹等)
2. 協助維護安全、舒適的工作空間及環境並採購辦公室所需用品
3. 參與HR員工福利活動規劃並協助執行 (如: 餐飲準備、happy hours、出遊等)
4. 協助員工出差事宜(如: 訂機票、預約接送機 )以及公司外籍同事日常事務
5. 專業及親切的接聽電話及接待訪客

條件要求

【我們想找這樣的你】

• 每周可以來工作三天,一天4-6小時( 工時可再討論)
• 熱心助人、善於觀察他人需要並主動提出協助
• 細心負責、執行力強,並具備獨立解決問題的能力
• 反應快,抗壓性高,能夠快速適應步調快的環境
• 文書處理能力(如MS Office 電腦技巧PPT, Word, Excel等)
• 英文溝通能力 (書信,基礎對話即可)

NT$ 150 - 180 (時薪)
