Title: Enterprise Sales Manager (IC-position)

About this role

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to drive the success of Mystics Enterprise customers and manage their customer experience.

The Enterprise Sales Manager helps customers solve real business and technical problems while creating and maintaining the revenue streams on the mlytics platform. You will be responsible to deliver results on key metrics including 1) revenue retention, 2) new sales revenue, 3) win rate, and 4) maintaining the sales cycle.

You will meet with customers and trusted partners regularly to communicate mlytics's product and business value. You will maintain a deep understanding of mlytics' solutions so that you can lead value-added customer conversations, understand customers' needs, and communicate these needs back to internal teams to drive innovation to ensure long-term customer success.

Role & Responsibility in OKR Format:

O: Help Customers Maximize the ROI from Mlytics Product’s Value
KR: Build Trust relationships and provide strategic guidance to enterprise customers
KR: Own and responsible to design & optimize architecture diagrams best fit customers’ requirements.
KR: Communicate and manage product issues to relevant internal teams

O: Help Customers and partners Succeed
KR: Be a trusted advisor for your customers and team members.
KR: Develop trust relationships and provide strategic guidance to key customers
KR: Achieve 100% Revenue Target both individual and team (net new revenue $5.5M+ ) & YoY 40%+ target.
KR: Win Rate > 60% for Enterprise customers ; Win rate > 20% for SMB/longtails customers
KR: Customer retention rate > 95% (Industry standard)
KR: Achieve NPS >6
KR: Ease onboarding (+ adoption) with tech and process solutions
KR: Communicate and manage product issues to internal teams
KR: Develop a product & features backlog based on customer feedback.
O: Help Your team and Company succeed
KR: Lead by example and follow mlytics' six core values.
KR: Follow mlytic's agile framework, be a great practitioner, a great mentor, and an evangelist to promote company culture and value.

To succeed at this role, you will need to:

>Build trust with customers & partners
>Build long term relationships with customers
>Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
>Manage your time effectively to ensure that you are working on high priority items
>Have poise and executive presence, and be comfortable presenting to C-level executives
>Demonstrate a high degree of empathy for customer requests
>Solid technology background and ability to resolve technical problems

Basic Requirements

>10+ years of work experience in Sales, customer success, account management, or customer-facing roles at the B2B Enterprise SaaS Business or leading cloud companies.
>Proven track record as a quota-carry role for a minimum of 8+ years.
>Ability to communicate, identify and gather requirements from customers
>Professional fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken)
