About this Role

As a Senior TAM, you will need to build a trusted relationship with our mlytics VVIP customers. You will need to craft and execute strategies to drive our customers’ further adoption and use of mlytics services, including MCDN, Digital Experience Monitoring (Pulse), Service Orchestration, Origin Shield, and many more. Your technical acumen and customer-facing skills will enable you to effectively represent mlytics within a customer’s environment, and drive discussions with senior leadership regarding incidents, trade-offs, support, and risk management. You will provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to help plan and build solutions using best practices, and proactively keep your customers’ mlytics environments operationally healthy. The close relationships developed with your customers will allow you to understand their business/operational needs and technical challenges, and help them achieve the greatest value from mlytics. 

Responsibility in OKR Format

O: Help Customers Maximize the ROI from Mlytics Product’s Value
KR: Develop relationships and provide strategic guidance to enterprise customers
KR: Own and responsible to design & optimize architecture diagrams best fit customers’ requirements.
KR: Provide advanced troubleshooting to ensure system stability and operational excellence.
KR: Communicate and manage product issues to relevant internal teams

O: Help Customers & Partners Succeed
KR: Work hand in hand with Mlytics customer success team to understand customers’ key business objectives.
KR: Complete new strategic product & Solution onboarding guide
KR: To ensure customer’s system 100% availability & reliability
KR: Expand customer success training program
KR: Develop detailed customer profiles
KR: Develop a database of problems for product training feature 

條件要求

  • Technical degree in computer science or equivalent
  • 3 years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in application delivery, security, or infrastructure industries.
  • 10+ years of experience or equivalent as Presales, Solution architect in CDN, Cloud, APM , and Security technology companies.
  • Proven track record working in large, complex customer-facing environments responsible for the technical sales cycle and influencing C-level stakeholders.
  • Any technical certification from principal vendors in Cloud, Content Delivery
  • Network, Security, Application Performance Monitoring space. For example aws solution architect associate, Microsoft certified security operation analyst, CSSP…etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable working with a cross-functional team or acting as a virtual team leader to drive business impact.
  • Strong in verbal and written communication both in English and Mandarin Chinese
