【About the role】:
We are looking for a passionate QA Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing requirements, designing test plans, executing automation scripts, and performing manual testing to ensure product quality.
【Responsibilities】:
◉ Create and execute comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases to identify software problems and verify new features, ensuring they meet the requirements.
◉ Analyze and follow up on bugs and errors found during tests, effectively communicating issues to the development team and supporting them in the resolution process.
◉ Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open source tools to streamline the testing process and increase efficiency.
◉ Develop and establish standards and procedures to determine product quality and readiness for release, adhering to best practices in software testing.
◉ Document and share test results with the software development team, providing insights into the software's quality and feature completeness.
◉ Collaborate with software developers to enhance and improve programs, contributing your expertise in ensuring the codebase's overall stability and performance.
◉ Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience and optimize the functionality of our products.
◉ Work together with the development team and other members collaboratively
◉ Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies, incorporating the latest industry trends and best practices into our testing processes.
◉ Utilize UI and API test automation tools, particularly in the Python stack, such as Cypress, Selenium, Robot, and Pytest, to create efficient and effective test suites.
【Qualifications】:
◉ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
◉ Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role, with a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and practices.
◉ Proficiency in developing and executing test plans and test cases to ensure software quality.
◉ Experience in test automation using open source tools, particularly in the Python stack, like Cypress, Selenium, Robot, and Pytest.
◉ Familiarity with UI and API testing, ensuring both front-end and back-end functionalities are thoroughly verified.
◉ Strong analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
◉ Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the development team and other stakeholders.
◉ A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products to end-users.
◉ Experience with generative AI applications is a plus.
◉ Strong English communication is a must
