工作內容

1. Helpdesk & Resolve common incidents and problems efficiently . Providing support to local end user including PC/laptop and printing services support/IP Phone setup and troubleshooting.

2. Providing services support to VIP including PC/laptop/Android、iOS cellphone and printing services support, relationship management with VIP, VIP monitoring system support.

3. keep to the end user’s satisfaction/Perform timely workstation hardware and software installation, testing, configure and upgrades as required

4. Provide technical support to suppliers in the organization; Undertake analysis, diagnosis and resolution of IT problems via phone, e-mail and on-site.

5. Troubleshoot software and hardware and communication systems, and take appropriate measures to resolve and ensure data and system integrity.

6. Log, dispatch, troubleshoot and track incident/problems and changes to report in regular.

7. Set up installation and configuration for client& system, learn security maintenance, media backup, preventive maintenance.

8. Support local IT infrastructure and application/software procurement process.

9. Manage internal team to meet associated KPI/ Target

10.Monitor systems backups and communicate/address issues

11.Take and complete VIP assignment/Have the ability to communicate with cross department

12.On call for afterhours IS issues including DAYEND problems

條件要求

Requires:

1. Deep experience on VIP support & Response capability

2. At least 3 yrs IT operation experience.

3. Qualified candidate should have at least 5 years of work experiences in IT helpdesk or on-site support.

4. Multinational company work/IT operation experience is a plus.

5. Good communication and people management skill.

6. Proactive, initiative, organized and able to prioritize tasks.

7. Experience on Windows Server setup. Basic understanding of Active Directory, Unix Systems, and EDI protocols

8. Strong PC software skills including Windows and related software applications (MS/OA etc.)

9. Project management experience.

10.Good Experience in team management
