As a Front-end Engineer, you will work closely with our UX/UI design team and Back-end Engineers to implement our trip planning interface to ensure the best user experience as well as scalability. You will be involved and have responsibilities across the entire software engineering lifecycle (concept, design, test, release and support).
- 3 years or more of experience
- Strong knowledge of building complex layouts using HTML and CSS
- Solid understanding of CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
- Understanding of front-end build and development tools. (e.g. Webpack, Gulp, NPM)
- Preferably 2+ years of experience in React/Vue based web development or similar
- Excellent browser side knowledge of Javascript
- Knowledge of browser internal rendering process
- Experience in optimising frontend performance
- Experience in implementing web-based WYSIWYG editors and generating professional quality PDF files from HTML a major plus
