Technical Project Manager

工作內容

Developing and marketing games is complicated and challenging. They involve multiple disciplines working together to deliver high-quality content. Rayark is looking for Technical Project Managers to help teams efficiently solve complex problems and have higher impacts.

As our Technical Project Manager, you'll act as the bridge between software engineers and other teams. Your responsibilities include prioritizing tasks, removing obstacles, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure project success. You'll also need knowledge of the team's software architectures and the ability to manage resources across multiple projects, enhance workflows, and provide guidance. By mentoring and influencing, you'll drive the highest quality and efficiency in game production.

1. Collaborate with technical leads, artist leads, and producers to deliver releases according to constraints and goals.
2. Transform abstract concepts into practical requirements. Implement work breakdown structure, plan timelines, set milestones.
3. Participate in daily software development to stay familiar with software architectures.
4. Identify and document new internal processes to improve efficiency.
5. Balance project factors and make decisions with analyzed pros and cons.
6. Drive conclusions with consensus among team members and stakeholders.

條件要求

1. Project management experience in software or game development
2. Having a sense of responsibility, being proactive in taking ownership of projects, and ensuring success within dynamic project environments
3. Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively
4. Understanding of software development processes, software development life cycles, project management methodologies(Agile and waterfall), and performance management
5. Knowledge of computer science fundamentals, encompassing system design and the integration of frontend and backend to evaluate options.
6. Minimum of 4 years of programming experience
7. Strong verbal and visual communication skills
8. Action and result-oriented

薪資範圍
