協助行政及財務營運的順暢
- 確保資料管理的完整性,便於訊息傳遞與有效保存
- 完成主管交付之任務
工作內容
- 協助報帳,帳務憑證整理與歸檔,管理請款單和零用金
- 建立和管理公司文件檔案之分類、歸檔和整理
- 日常庶務如文件收發、銀行事務、採購等
- 協助處理人資事務
- 協助籌辦公司活動
條件要求
應徵條件
- 精通中文
- 細心且有耐心,能面對繁瑣的作業流程
- 具有組織性,擅長歸檔編碼,資料統整
- 熟用 G suite 及 Google Sheet(公式圖表)
- 不斷思考優化工作流程
- 良好的溝通能力
遠端型態
第一關為履歷篩選,通過篩選者會以 Email 通知。 第二關為視訊面試。 第三關為 on-site 實體面試。
