Customer Success Manager

• Job Objective: Assist oversea and domestic brands to build up projects based on RE:DREAMER NFT redeem protocol and NFT standard - ERC 6672, aiming to create new business models or system upgrade in phygital way.
• Responsibilities and Duties:
  1. Project design, execution, management
  2. Business and ecosystem resource development

  1. Communicate and check demands for projects with clients
  2. Communicate the project details with engineers or designers
  3. Follow and explore new trend and tech of blockchain industry, designing business models based on blockchain applications
  4. Follow up progress of business and ecosystem development
  5. Accomplish assigned tasks

• Basic Requirements
  1. Great in communication
  2. Two or more years of project management experience, preferably in the software industry
  3. Possess foundational knowledge of blockchain technology (wallet applications, smart contracts, etc.) and a passion for the industry
  4. Capable of concurrently managing multiple projects, overseeing project execution progress, and ensuring efficiency
  5. Enthusiastic about tackling startup challenges, self-learners who are open to experimenting with various tools, and capable of independently conceiving and implementing projects

• Plus
  1. One year or more of experience in blockchain project operations or working in the blockchain industry
  2. One year or more of experience in e-commerce and membership system service
  3. One year or more of experience as a technical product manager
