工作內容

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions including but not limited to technical talent.
  • Work closely with business goals and hiring teams in order to deeply understand teams’ organization structure, responsibilities, strengths/weaknesses and key business drivers. Utilize this information to develop most effective recruiting strategies
  • Identify and explore effective and creative recruiting channels for sourcing and attracting qualified candidates.
  • Plan and coordinate recruitment activities (job fairs, campus events, etc.) to strengthen employer branding and hiring effectiveness.
  • Source, pre-screen, and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Monitors and reports quality and quantity of resumes on a daily/weekly basis. Also, tracks and reports sourcing results

Qualifications
  • 2 year+ experience in a headhunting firm and in a company.
  • Pleasant personality, hands-on, achievement-oriented, detail and deadline orientated, independent, responsible and a team player.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and autonomously, while exhibiting exceptional team skills
