【What will you do】
- Respond to questions from our customers across the world via email and social
media with courteous, friendly, efficient and professional service
- Find out ways to solve issues before they happen
- Represent the company and forward customers’ feedback to the relevant departments to improve internal processes/products/services
- Handle tasks related to CS day-to-day operations (including logistics, finance, etc.)
- Initiate or assist in projects to optimize CS-related workflow and contents

【What you can expect】
- An open and international/multilingual environment: communicate in English and Mandarin with people from different cultural backgrounds
- Team play: work in a young and dynamic environment with our French, German, and Spanish teams for the European market
- Project-based work: learn to plan, manage and execute your own projects with different departments
- Communication: learn how to deal with customers by understanding their needs and how to conduct projects by coordinating with different departments
