工作內容
RideFair 的「重新推演引擎」（Replay Optimization Engine）：讀取車隊歷史 GPS 與派遣紀錄，重建實際發生的行駛情況，再以最佳化路線重新推演相同任務，計算原本可節省的里程、工時、油耗與碳排。由您全程主導：
- GPS 資料清理、OpenStreetMap 圖資比對（OSRM 或 Valhalla）、行程重建、停靠與停留偵測。
- 附信心度標示的營運基線指標；以 Google OR-Tools 車輛路徑最佳化進行反事實推演。
- 可重現的執行結果、驗收關卡、成果檔案；三份合作夥伴報告（資料準備度、營運基線、反事實節省）。
- 以中文向 SBIR 審查委員進行技術簡報。
- 指導一名兼職研究生（圖資比對）；2027 年起參與團隊擴編。

What you will build
RideFair's Replay Optimization Engine: it takes a fleet's historical GPS and dispatch records, reconstructs what actually happened, and re-runs the same jobs under optimised routing to show what would have been saved. You own it end to end:
- GPS cleaning, map matching to OpenStreetMap (OSRM or Valhalla), trip reconstruction, stop and dwell detection.
- Baseline KPIs with confidence labels; the counterfactual with Google OR-Tools vehicle routing.
- Deterministic runs, acceptance gates, artifacts; three partner reports (data readiness, operational baseline, counterfactual savings).
- Technical briefings to SBIR reviewers in Chinese.
- Direct one part-time graduate student (map matching); grow the team from 2027.
必要條件
- 3 年以上 Python 正式環境開發經驗，熟悉 pandas。
- 處理過雜亂的真實資料；GPS、車機或物流資料經驗尤佳。
- 具備以下至少一項：OR-Tools 或其他最佳化求解器；OpenStreetMap、GIS 或圖資比對；路徑引擎（OSRM、Valhalla）。
- git、Docker、Linux。
- 可用英文工作（創辦人為英語人士），可用中文進行技術簡報。--
You have
- 3 or more years of Python in production; strong pandas.
- Experience with messy real-world data. GPS, telematics or logistics data is a plus.
- At least one of: OR-Tools or another optimisation solver; OpenStreetMap, GIS or map matching; routing engines (OSRM, Valhalla).
- git, Docker, Linux.
- Working English (the founder is English-speaking) and Chinese for reviewer presentations.
- 加分：AWS、PostGIS、geopandas、資料視覺化。
