【About the Role】
You will own performance & KPIs on payment related business. The ideal candidate will be an individual who possesses experiences in digital payment related industries and is able to help implement business strategies as well as execute different campaigns to achieve payment adoption and revenue goals. Drive and hunger to grow the business opportunities, high energy, can adapt to a dynamic environment and have a strong business and product sense.
【What you will be doing】
- 與金流合作夥伴(eg. 銀行, 第三方金流公司) 洽談合作機會及關係維護
- 負責市場調研並了解商家需求
- 整合跨部門團隊資源，優化營運流程，以達到公司業績目標
- 透過數據分析尋找商業機會，或發現問題，並提出行動方案
【Who we are looking for】
- 2 年以下經驗，具電子商務, 支付產業, 新創相關經驗尤佳
- 對支付產業及新科技有熱情
- 具備高度執行力及專案推動能力
- 良好的溝通能力(跨部門溝通及外部溝通), 團隊合作能力, 解決問題能力, 邏輯思維能力
- 學習能力快，抗壓力強，能適應快速變化的環境
- 有想法，能提出問題及建議方案
- 具備 Excel 數據分析及統整能力
