【What will you be doing】
1. Own, troubleshoot and solve internal technical issues, using collaboration, troubleshooting best practices and transparency within and across teams (e.g. swarming)
2. Create and maintain internal knowledge base, facilitate and update the technical understanding among team members
3. Drive technical collaboration and engagement within and outside the team.
4. Leverage your technical experience with non-technical members to conduct troubleshooting.
5. Streamline the operation of mentorship and academy programs.
6. Create and maintain dev. and staging environment.
【Who are we looking for】
1. At least 1 year experience on Customer Relationship Management
2. Hands-on experience in programming (bootcamp students and fresh graduates welcomed)
3. Familiarity with software development pathway
4. Robust technical communication skills. Able to explain technical problems with non-technical members concisely.
5. Basic knowledge of E-commerce industry, social shopping and O2O market.
6. Sales experience in SaaS or E-commerce product is an advantage
