• Be a valuable asset to evaluate and improved inside sales function and sales administration process。
• Equip problem solving skill to propose own solutions for discussion with supervisor while handling issues。
• Mainly support Sales & Marketing day to day flow。
• Handle business contracts (paper & online) and support sales following up clients’ status。
• Coordination and participation of offline events i.e. seminars and workshops to help sales prospect
• Help track cycle meetings and provide assistance to generate monthly reports。
• Regularly monitor the on-hand inventory of contracts and materials for events to ensure smooth day to day operation。
• Support Sales operations flow。
