What You'll Be Doing:

- Work directly with CEO & COO on matters related to career development, staffing, employee relations, performance management and employee engagement
- Develop and execute strategic approach to achieve company goals in staffing
- Be a strong internal and external advocate of Shopline's core values and culture. Share, grow and embody the values daily and act as an example to follow to all members of the team
- Act as the company’s brand and image to prospective employees
- Attend and exhibit at events that can build SHOPLINE's brand and drive recruitment
- Create programs, events and campaigns to help hire for roles focused on engineering, product, design, sales and support
- Implement recruiting business processes in order to support Shopline's rapid growth
- Manage new hire onboarding process, including offers, associated paperwork, and administrative setup
- Conduct new hire orientation and continue to evaluate and improve processes
- Maintain materials including: benefit forms, employee handbook
- Set up and maintain all employee personnel records and e-filing
- Work with Finance team to handle all monthly payroll process ensuring all new hires, payroll changes and personnel information are all updated and accurate
- Ensure employee data compliance, maintain onsite employee files, ensuring accurate documentation, pay and benefits, personal and job-related data is kept up-to-date and compliant
- Work with Office Manager on company events and other projects as needed


Who We Are Looking For:

- 5+ years experience in a Human Resources/People Operations function
- Successful track record of supporting HR processes, employee resourcing, performance management
- Knowledge of HR compliance regulations, employment laws, and industry best practices
- You enjoy building a great team and great culture, where colleagues come together as a family and building great things together
- Team player with a sense of ownership and “get things done” attitude
- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
