This role is responsible for implementing a training structure and roadmap for each function and position, and delivering the program for addressing business need, hence improving the productivity of employees. In addition, this position is responsible for talent management and development, including establishing talent management mechanism, and implementing diversified tools for developing talents.

Collaborate with other members in the HR team on a range of matters relating to Governance, Talent Management and Compensation & Benefits.
Ensure the delivery of timely, accurate and up-to-date HR management information, statistics and report to HR Manager.
Consult with managers and employees on all aspects of employee-related issues, policies & procedures, terminations, review of appealed termination, reorganizations communication.
