  • Market our product to expand to global markets

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Daily high-quality customer services across multiple support platforms (e.g. email, chat, phone) concerning pre-sales & after-sales issues;
  • Collect and consolidate feedback from customers, identify problems sources and find speedy solution to improve user journey;
  • Assist in market research and analysis with internal parties;
  • Build loyalty among users and expand the client base;
  • Help improve standard operation flow and assist in any ad-hoc project when necessary

條件要求

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree and above in any disclipline
  • At least 2+ years customer services experience is preferred
  • Passion for helping others and creating support experiences that exceed users’ expectations
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and find speedy resolutions
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Comfortable to work both independently and in teams
  • Good command of spoken and written English, and Chinese
  • Candidate with customer service experience, or from eCommerce, aviation, hospitality or logistic industry is of advantages
