The Role

This role is designed to facilitate the movement of shipments while discovering and driving efficiencies that smoothen and improve operations. You will serve as a liaison for our Partners, Customers, Sales Team, Customer Service Team, IT team, and other internal functions to ensure operational efficiency and excellent customer experience.

• You will be responsible for ensuring that our 3PLs are executed according to plan, on time, and within budget.
• You will have the opportunity to spot opportunities to improve customer experience, streamline processes, and introduce innovative ways of managing a supply chain.
• You will gain experience in operation management, effective communication, relationship building, creative solution design, and deep industry knowledge with this role.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Implement operational procedures in the day-to-day workflow, and constantly identify and execute on opportunities to realise optimal efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations with internal and external partners such as vendor warehouse, express delivery carriers, domestics delivery carrier, the sales team, the customer representative team, and IT teams.
• Develop and implement guidelines/procedures to control and improve the operation efficiency and quality
• Timely shipment and operations troubleshooting 
• ad-hoc tasks that ensure there are no blockages of our current operation and workflow.
• ad-hoc tasks to support other teams including the sales and customer service team

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain or related discipline
• 3+ years of relevant work experience. Candidates with more experience will be considered for a manager grade position. 
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
• Positive, optimistic, and confident person able to continue moving forward when faced with adversity
• Process-oriented, structured thinking with strong problem-solving capabilities Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Operations Strong analytical and problem-solving skill with a good sense of risk management
• Fluent spoken and written in Mandarin
• Strong proficiency in spoken and written English
• Logistics/freight forwarding/e-commerce experience preferred but not required
• Previous startup experience is a plus
• Immediately Available is a plus
