We’re looking for a hands-on, startup-minded Program Manager who thrives on building, problem-solving, and creating impact with founders. If you have experience in business development, product management, project management, or marketing, and are eager to tap into the venture ecosystem, this role offers the perfect bridge between startup execution and venture acceleration.
A short brief on your role:
This role sits at the heart of SparkLabs Taiwan’s programs — from accelerator batches to corporate innovation projects and ecosystem events. You’ll plan, manage, and execute programs that support founders and partners, while also helping SparkLabs expand its collaborations with corporates and ecosystem players.
Responsibilities:
Lead program execution — manage the full cycle of accelerator and corporate programs, from planning, onboarding, and operations to DemoDay or final showcase.
Coordinate stakeholders — serve as the key liaison among startups, corporate partners, mentors, and investors to ensure smooth execution and strong outcomes.
Deliver operational excellence — oversee program logistics, tracking, playbooks, and reporting to ensure high-quality delivery and continuous improvement.
Support ecosystem building — co-organize startup and corporate innovation events, workshops, and community activities to strengthen our network.
Drive partnership engagement — maintain and grow relationships with corporate partners and ecosystem stakeholders to explore new program opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally — work closely with the Program Director and other team members on marketing, communication, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in startups, VCs, accelerators, or corporate innovation teams.
Proven track record in project or program management, business development, product management, or marketing.
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills (both English & Mandarin).
Strong sense of ownership and ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
Passionate about startups and ecosystem building.
Nice-to-Haves
Technical, engineering, or data background.
Comfortable speaking at public events or facilitating startup sessions.
Experiences in venture capital or relevant organizations.
