We are looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful Office & Operations Manager to oversee the daily management of SparkLabs Taiwan’s office and accelerator operations. This role will ensure smooth office administration, support HR processes, manage operational expenditures, and assist leadership with program/company P&L oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in financial reporting and support monitoring of the accelerator program and company P&L.
Oversee and optimize office and program operational expenditures (OPEX) to ensure cost efficiency.
Manage daily office operations, including facilities, supplies, vendor relationships, IT support, and workspace logistics.
Coordinate HR processes such as recruitment support, onboarding, payroll, and maintaining employee records.
Plan and execute internal team events, workshops, and office activities to foster engagement and collaboration.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in accounting, operations, or administration.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented; comfortable working in dynamic environments.
Basic understanding of finance and budget tracking fundamentals is preferred.
Prior experience in startups or fast-paced settings is a strong advantage.
