Network Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Network Manager to lead the design, implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of our global network infrastructure. This individual will support and optimize network operations across multiple sites located in the North America, Europe & Asia regions. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a small but globally distributed company environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Network Design & Management: Manage, design, and implement secure and reliable network solutions (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, SD-WAN) across all global sites.
• Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Continuously monitor network performance and availability. Diagnose and resolve network issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Documentation & Standards: Maintain accurate network diagrams, asset inventories, and configuration documentation. Establish global standards and best practices.
• Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain firewalls, VPNs, and security policies to ensure data protection and compliance with international regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
• Disaster Recovery & Redundancy Planning: Develop and maintain backup and redundancy strategies to minimize network downtime and risk.
• Collaboration with IT Teams: Collaborate with local and remote IT staff to support business units and ensure consistent network experiences worldwide.
• Local end user support: Provide daily support of local end user community & production floor employees. Address help desk tickets in a timely manner & provide excellent customer service.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Strong knowledge of server management, VMs, Microsoft Hyper-V, HP Proliant servers
• knowledge of networking technology (e.g. HPE Aruba, Watchguard & Ubiquity), or similar networking technologies.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in network administration/engineering of a Microsoft network.
• Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools (e.g., PRTG, SolarWinds, Wireshark).
• Experience managing hybrid or multi-site networks, preferably in an international context.
• Knowledge of cloud networking (Azure, AWS, Google) and remote access solutions.
• Excellent end user support skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across time zones and cultures.  
• Must be proficient with English.
• Ability to travel internationally up to 10%, as needed.

• Industry certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft 365: Administrator Expert, CCNP or equivalent.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft 365 management (Entra, Intune, Exchange Online)
• Advanced experience in manufacturing industry supporting desktops, wireless devices, printers, & end users in Microsoft Windows environment
• Server & Virtualization: Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Exchange Online, DNS/DHCP, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 hybrid services.
• Virtualization Platforms: Microsoft Windows Hyper-V
• Familiarity with VoIP systems, video conferencing platforms, and collaboration tools.
