Responsibilities/ Job Description:
1. To speed up and scale up key accounts and selected customers business.
2. Deliver annual sales goal through varies planned sales activities.
3. Develop and implement growth strategies and sales plans with selected & key accounts to increase market-share and profitability of products and services
4. Collect market & industry information and establish follow-through action plans. (including trade shows, business meetings, exhibitions, showrooms)
5. Proactively drive new product penetration into assigned business segments.
6. Embrace business opportunity with adherence to Sun Chain’s Philosophy and Values
7. Maintain a cooperative partnership with all other Sun Chain departments, focusing on providing a high level of business satisfaction both internally and externally.

條件要求

1. Minimal 7 years of leading sales position responsible for North America or Europe regions.
2. Minimal 5 years experience in global OEM business
3. Strong business analytical and organization skills
4. Strategic thinking and negotiate skills, along with the desire to bring innovative ideas to the workplace.
5. The ability to influence, motivate and share with others with great vision.
6. The adaptability to work with available resources for best result.
7. Proactive communication style in full dimension.
8. Proven experience in Distribution Management would be a plus.
9. Your determination to bring people, solutions and success altogether.
