We are targeting candidates with:
- 5+ years of HR experience including 2+ years of talent acquisition or training experience
- Familiarity with labor laws in Taiwan
- Previous work experience in the technology industry
- Proficient in conducting interviews (phone and in-person), candidate screening, and evaluation
- Experienced in planning external recruiting events and initiatives
- Previous experience in developing employee benefits, company policies, and organizing large-scale training events
