What You’ll Do / Responsibilities

Market Development:
Own business development and account expansion within assigned SEA markets, targeting EPCs, investors, and SPVs for Thingnario’s SaaS solutions.

New Client Acquisition:
Identify, qualify, and convert new customers through structured prospecting, consultative selling, and value-based proposals.

Account Management:
Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring long-term relationships, renewals, and expansion opportunities.

Revenue Ownership:
Be accountable for TCV targets, new client acquisition, and quarterly forecast accuracy.

Pipeline & Forecast Management:
Maintain a clean, data-driven pipeline in CRM, with accurate deal stages, activity updates, and revenue forecasting.

Solution Selling:
Understand client business models and decision processes; work closely with FAE, PM, and client stakeholders to deliver appropriate SaaS solutions.

Market Intelligence:
Actively gather and share market insights, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support regional strategy.

Internal Collaboration:
Coordinate with product, engineering, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth deal execution and customer success.

Required Qualifications

- B2B sales or account management experience.
- Proven experience selling SaaS, software, or technology solutions (energy-related experience is a plus, not a must).
- Strong command of spoken and written English (used daily for client communication, internal reporting, and presentations).
- Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently across the market and stakeholders.
- Consultative mindset with solid communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in renewable energy, ESG, power, or infrastructure-related industries.
- Familiarity with SaaS revenue concepts (TCV, ARR/MRR, renewals).
- Experience selling to EPCs, investors, or enterprise B2B customers.
- Experience covering multi-country or regional markets in SEA.
- Prior exposure to long sales cycles and solution-based selling.

薪資範圍

NT$ 900,000 - 1,400,000 (年薪)
