Primary responsibilities
1. Create on-brand design solutions that meet measurable business goals and requirements
2. Optimize current web, platform and mobile products through an iterative design process.
3. Design intuitive and functional user interfaces across multiple devices and platforms.
4. Deliver organized design documents compliant with UX standards
5. Produce engineer-ready style guides on all approved mockups
6. Participating in cross-functional brainstorms, discussions, and design reviews
7. Work with marketing team to define brand manifests in our products.
8. Provide artistic direction and feedback on various design projects
Required
1. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Interface Design or a related field/
2. 7+ years industry experience as a UI Designer and showcase an excellent visual design portfolio
3. Deep understanding of visual design disciplines(typography, iconography, composition, color, layout, etc.) ; able to create dynamic and functional designs
4. Familiar with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS design capabilities.
5. Familiar of production process of print
6. Proven ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
7. Enthusiasm working across the product development spectrum: ideation, strategy, concept work to pixel-level details, and implementation
8. Team player with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple departments.
9. 1+ year hands on experience with blockchain or other encryption solutions
10. Basic knowledge of setting files up for print
11. Strong photo/video and drone skills a plus
