About the job:
This role provides support for global and regional channel and partner marketing activities by assisting with content, platforms, and program-related materials to ensure consistent brand and solution messaging. The role works closely with regional and cross-functional teams to support partner campaigns, events, and digital initiatives, and assists with APAC marketing coordination in alignment with overall company strategy.

Responsibilities:
• Support global channel and partner marketing initiatives by assisting with the development and rollout of consistent messaging frameworks and marketing toolkits, ensuring alignment between brand and solution messaging.
• Support global and regional digital marketing activities, including website content, EDMs, social media, and marketing automation, to assist channel and partner marketing objectives.
• Assist in managing and updating partner program–related content and documentation, including cross-regional communication, feedback consolidation, and version control, to ensure information remains accurate and up to date.
• Maintain and update partner platforms and related official pages (such as the Partner Portal and corporate website), ensuring content is clear, accurate, and easy to use.
• Assist with content preparation for regional marketing activities, including Solution Day events, partner conferences, online events, and webinars, ensuring alignment with solution marketing direction.
• Work with regional and cross-functional teams to support the execution of marketing content, digital tools, and processes in alignment with brand positioning and partner program strategy.
• Support digital partner initiatives such as online events, webinars, and lead-nurturing activities, and assist with tracking and optimizing marketing performance.
• Support APAC marketing initiatives, assisting in project coordination to ensure activities progress according to plan and align with overall company strategy.

我們正在尋找一位具備 B2B 行銷背景、熟悉跨國協作的通路行銷人才,加入我們的全球行銷團隊。此角色將負責推動全球通路行銷專案,並支援亞太區行銷執行,協助提升品牌影響力與夥伴賦能。

工作內容:
• 規劃並執行全球通路與合作夥伴行銷專案,建立一致的訊息架構與行銷工具包,確保品牌與 Solution 行銷訊息一致落地。
• 執行並優化全球及區域數位行銷活動(包含官網內容、EDM、社群媒體、行銷自動化等),實際支持通路與合作夥伴行銷目標。
• 負責管理與更新合作夥伴計畫相關內容與文件,包含跨區溝通、回饋彙整與版本控管,確保資訊正確且即時。
• 實際維護與更新合作夥伴平台與官方相關頁面(如 Partner Portal、官網),確保內容清楚、正確且易於使用。
• 協助執行區域行銷活動內容準備,包含 Solution Day、合作夥伴大會、線上活動與 Webinar,確保訊息符合 Solution 行銷方向。
• 與區域及跨部門團隊實際協作執行行銷內容、數位工具與流程,確保符合品牌定位與夥伴計畫策略。
• 執行數位方式的合作夥伴專案推廣(如線上活動、Webinar、Lead nurturing),追蹤並優化行銷成效。
• 支援並推動亞太區行銷專案執行,確保各項專案依計畫完成並符合公司整體策略。

條件要求

Qualifications:
Required:
• 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, or channel marketing.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to plan timelines, track progress, and collaborate across teams.
• Experience working with international teams, with strong communication and coordination capabilities.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin; able to independently create presentations and marketing content.
• Self-driven, able to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail, ensuring consistency and quality across content and materials.
• Content creation capabilities, including copywriting and editing for partner and digital marketing assets.

• 具備專案管理能力,能規劃時程、追蹤進度並跨部門協作。
• 具跨國溝通能力,能整合多方需求與市場回饋。
• 良好中英文能力,可獨立製作簡報與行銷內容。
• 主動積極,能獨立完成任務並具備問題解決能力。
• 注重細節,確保內容與素材的品質與一致性。
• 具備行銷內容產製能力(文案撰寫、素材編輯等)。

加分條件

Preferred:
• Experience in B2B industries such as retail, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, or related fields (POS, AIDC, automation, supply chain solutions, system integration, etc.).
• Experience with partner programs, partner enablement, MDF, or joint marketing initiatives.
• Experience supporting brand events such as Partner Summit or Solution Day.
• Knowledge of marketing asset management, content governance, or web content structure.
• Experience with partner platforms or marketing automation systems (e.g., HubSpot).

• 具 B2B 技術、製造、零售、物流等產業經驗(POS/AIDC/自動化/供應鏈/系統整合等)。
• 熟悉合作夥伴計畫、MDF、代理商賦能或 Joint Marketing。
• 具品牌活動(Partner Summit、Solution Day)等內容規劃經驗。
• 熟悉行銷素材管理、內容治理或網站內容架構者佳。
• 使用過合作夥伴平台或行銷自動化工具(如 HubSpot)者佳。
