About the job :
We are looking for a Service Program Manager to ensure customers received the best service all over the world. The Service Program Manager understands the service per customers' needs and requirements and be able to coordinate with the global service network to service our customers. Your responsibilities will include managing and expanding (based on business requirement) the global service network and service business design and administration.
To be successful as a Service Program Manager, you should have excellent communication skills, service business plan experiences and good collaboration with teams to achieve the goal.
Responsibilities :
• Global service process and service program planning
• Manage the global service network.
• Service Contract Management (Terms and Conditions, Renewal)
• Develop and maintain competitive service profiles.
• Collaborate with regions local sales to engage the projects and provide tailored service proposals.
• Spare parts Inventory Planning.
• Global RMA management.
Qualifications :
Must-Have
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in service sales.
• Professional service experience in pricing P&L and strategic planning and business development.
• Ability to manage complex business requirement and cross-sector alignment with internal and external stakeholders independently.
• Good communication skills, relation building and influence.
• Fluent Mandarin and English proficiency, both oral and writing
• Professional presentation and negotiation skills
A Plus:
• Field Service related experience e.g. On-site service, technical support.
Knowledge of Marketing, Sales and Field service, Hub service and Financial management
