工作內容

1.Responsible for leading and delivering the channel's targets and tasks with the team, the 3rd party agents and merchandising company within budgets.

• Accountable for ensuring that agreed annualized budgets are translated into monthly and quarterly targets.

• Initiates, implements, and evaluates sales activities of key accounts.

• Seeks potential opportunity and lifts sales momentum via effective tailor-made business development plan and key accounts business analysis.

• Develop associated action plans, performance dashboards, to ensure performance tracking and thus facilitating remedial actions where necessary.

• Negotiate contracts with key accounts.

• Manage and collaborate the 3rd party agents and merchandising to achieve the assigned targets and tasks.

2. Develop a solid and trusting relationship between major key accounts and company, take channel advantages to boost brand awareness.

• Build strong partnership with key customers to achieve the channel goals, including sales target, assortment listing/distribution, effective rebate management, price management, effective promotions and in-store visibility.

• Develop a complete understanding of key account needs to ensure they do not turn to competition.

• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.

• Anticipate key accounts changes and improvements.

• Expand relationship and bringing in new business model.

3. Communicate and collaborate with the trade marketing, brand, finance, logistics departments to ensure that key accounts’ needs are met.

•Work with brand managers to deploy brand/category strategies in key accounts and achieve the brand annual target.

•Propose reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for internal stakeholders.

•Work with finance to track trade spending to be efficient.

•Demand forecast management and accuracy delivery.

•Manage stock/delivery related tasks with customer service logistic department.

4. Plan and execute the trade promotions regularly, and evaluate the efficiency of trade resources plus the well-management of budget, and make sure that the 3rd party agents and merchandising company are consistent with the annual goals direction.

• Initiate, implement, and evaluate sales activities of key accounts. Seek potential opportunity and lift sales momentum via effective tailor-made business development plan and key accounts business analysis.

• Responsible for managing the budget of trade spending, including trade campaigns pre/post analysis and rebate tracking.

• Optimize trade spending to lead monthly/quarterly Brand plans/promotion/in-store display for key accounts.

• Implement robust ROI model across all customers, evaluate and follow up proposing corrective actions.

• Oversee the execution of the 3rd party agents and merchandising company for achieving our assigned goals and tasks.

5. Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and consumer needs to adjust sales strategies in response to market changes and competitive conditions.

• Monitor market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.

• Collect competitor information, and analyze market trends form 3rd party partners data.

• Lead the project team to collect competitor and market information, then initiate related programs to solve issues.

6. Responsible for completing tasks assigned by the supervisor or other ad-hoc assignments.

* At least 8-year sales experience in FMCG, MT/household paper experience is preferred/plus.

* A minimum of 2 years' experience supervising and managing a team in a managerial capacity.

*Responsibility, positive mindset and strong network in Modern Trade channel is plus.
