Role Description
As a Partner Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the technical relationship of our internal and external product partners. You will help coordinate cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales, and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for our external partners.
You will be able to balance business and partner needs with technical constraints, develop innovative solutions, and act as a partner and consultant to those you are working with. You will also be able to build tools and automate products, and manage the technical execution and business operations of our partnerships.
Responsibilities
-Direct Partner Support: Provide support to partners by triaging and resolving technical issues and assisting them in adopting platform features.
-Issue Monitoring: Proactively monitor bug components and engage with partners and internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
-Platform Improvement: Identify and address recurring issues, driving improvements to enhance partner adoption and platform quality.
-Cross-functional Collaboration: Maintain technical expertise in software integration and support other teams in their adoption efforts.
-Automation Development: Develop automation tools and data pipelines to streamline processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
-Proficiency in coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
-1 year of experience in technical troubleshooting and managing internal/external partners or customers.
-1 year of experience in system integrator (ODM/OEM) environments with a background in mobile application development and hardware integration.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
-Experience in an analytical role such as business intelligence, data analytics, or statistics.
-Experience working with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
-Experience with cloud technologies, such as architecting, developing, or maintaining cloud solutions in virtualized environments or cloud data engineering.
-Experience using Machine Learning and building solutions.
-Experience working with operating systems (e.g., Linux, Unix, Windows).
