1.Project Coordination and Logistics
- Coordinate with EPM and OPM to allocate devices for system loop test, dwell test, speed test and wifi stress test.
- Review hardware specifications (Battery, UFS, WiFi) for new devices.
- Perform preliminary tests to ensure device wake-up and software functions work normally.
- Enable battery-ready mode through internal system configuration.
- Generate weekly test packages and monitor package size after RC is released.
- Set up system test lines, including server, Waker, Checker, and routers.
- Perform Wi-Fi stress tests.
- Coordinate dwell tests with the CM team.
- Create, review, and share Design of Experiments (DOE) plans.
- Provide real-time troubleshooting support for CM during DOE.
- Collect and review First Article Inspection (FAI) checklists.
2.Test Center Deployment and Operations
- Set up system test lines in Test Center.
- Set up partner domain accounts for system test cloud access.
- Perform end-to-end validation of Test Center setups.
3.Deliverables:
- Weekly test packages.
- DOE plans.
- Comprehensive high-level reports, including FR, battery consumption, installation time and a classification of the issues.
- UPH estimation reports from Wi-Fi stress tests.
- FAI checklist review results.
- Test Center end-to-end validation reports.
1.Experience in mobile device mass production lines or cross-functional coordination.
2.Ability to communicate in English for work purposes, including coordination with overseas teams and cross-country factories.
3.Software-related background or basic software knowledge is a strong plus.
