工作內容

Take charge and shape Zenyum into one of Asia’s most loved consumer brands. As the Head of Marketing for Taiwan you take full ownership on marketing budget and channels. Based in Taiwan, you will be responsible for the development, execution and measurement of content on social platforms such as FB, Instagram, Youtube, as well as our influencer marketing. You're also free to find any and all additional channels of distribution and partnership collaborations. Working together with our international markets you create and optimize brand and campaign related content that drives engagement and performance and plan the campaign and content calendar. Measure outcomes every day and iterate your strategy where necessary. Make Taiwan Smile More!

條件要求

You're a fit for this position, if you:

  • Have 4-6 years of experience working in marketing for a digital native or FMCG brand
  • Have strong understanding of performance marketing
  • Deep knowledge of Taiwan culture to keep the brand locally relevant
  • Live and breathe social organic, KOLs, content, partnerships, SEO and CRM marketing
  • Experience collaborating with creatives for ideation and able to leverage your creativity to create one of the most iconic Asian brands of the next decade, becoming the king in our category of Smile Cosmetics
  • Have solid experience working closely with regional or global marketing teams
  • Think fast and on your feet to discover and hack into new channels
  • Have ambition from here to Mars and want to build something lasting that matters and makes the world Smile More
