【 Job Overview 】

We are looking for 1 to 2 part-time workers for English customer service. Your job is to assist our global users in solving setup, technical & payment issues within the app and to communicate with the engineering team in order to improve the product as well as customer experience. This is not a difficult job, but it requires patience, empathy, and passion for problem-solving.


【 Responsibilities and Duties 】

  • Respond to user queries in a timely and accurate way, via email or app store reviews.
  • Identify user needs and help users solve problems.
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions to the engineering team.
  • Gather and categorize user feedback for further analysis.
  • Update our internal templates for useful discussions with users to optimize work efficiency.

We will arrange a mentor and a proper training program to help you get started quickly.


- Fluency in English, both writing and reading.
- Patience & carefulness when handling tough cases.
- Optimistic & positive attitude when facing irritated users.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

【 Working Hours 】
- At least 16 hours a week, 4 hours a day between 10:00 to 19:00.
- Must be able to work on Monday
- After the training program, working from home occasionally is acceptable when necessary.

- Experience as an English Customer Service Specialist or similar CS role.
- Life experience in any foreign countries and familiarity with the local cultures.
- Ability to speak multiple languages.
