【 Your role 】

AlfredCamera is seeking an individual who is passionate about community management and content editing to establish and empower Alfred’s communities. As a Community Operation Specialist, you’ll speak for top-notch home security service and you need to get along with Alfred’s users around the globe in the community. Alfred values users’ opinions, and you need to help Alfred manage relationships with users, communicate efficiently, and accurately with the community. You will work with the Product Team and User Experience Team to contribute to the strategic development and execution of various community engagement programs for applications and experiences on AlfredCamera’s products. 

【 Your responsibility 】

- User group management 

- User feedback analysis, organization, and presentation 

- User community online event planning

- Social media content curating, management and analysis

- Alfred official website content management

- Respond to user queries in a timely and accurate way, via email or app store reviews.


【 Ideal candidates have 】
- Excellent communication skill in English
- A showcase of operating a high engagement community or building a community from scratch
- Experience organizing an active online community
- You’re a people person and a conversationalist
- Attention to detail
- You’re passionate, considerate, self-disciplined and you take the initiative

【 Nice to have 】
- Communication skill in any of Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian or Thai.
- Degree in communication, marketing, management or related field
- Cross-culture experience (e.g. working with foreign customers, living in a foreign country, studying abroad)
- Experience with home security, IoT products
- A writer/editor of a blog or publication which has daily visitors
