What You’ll Do / Responsibilities

AlfredCamera is a mobile application which turns your old, unused smartphones into home security cameras. Alfred’s mission is to provide accessible security for everyone. As the most trusted brand in this area, our apps have achieved more than 25M downloads with Android/iOS combined and manages to acquire exceptional user ratings on both platforms. We are determined to create the product with first-class user experiences together with best performance and stability.

【 Your role 】

You’re capable of learning quickly and mastering complicated systems.

You’re thorough, organized, and detail-oriented, and you’re able to prioritize and execute multiple processes.

You’re capable of working independently but also energized from working within a team and cross-functionally to achieve the growth goals.

【 Your Responsibility 】

Work with Product Manager and Business Data Analyst to manage product operation strategies (ASO, user acquisition, monetization, campaign, etc.) to drive product growth. 

Regularly review product metrics and feedbacks, adjust operation strategies accordingly to reach growth objectives. 

Participate in cross-team research, such as competitor analysis, market research, usability study, etc.

- Excellent language skills in Mandarin and English (TOEIC 860)

- Basic concept of statistics; familiar with tools like Pivot Table

【 Nice to have 】

- Multicultural background; language skill in Japanese, Korean or Spanish will be a plus. 

- Majoring in CS/IE, Math or Statistics will be a plus. 

- Experience in ASO, User acquisition, App monetization, Store listing A/B testing will be a plus.
