As a UX Researcher at Alfred, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product’s future in diverse global markets. You’ll be part of a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data analysts, and marketers. Your mission is to uncover valuable insights, stimulate innovation, and guide informed decisions based on user perspectives from around the world.

  • Plan and execute user research initiatives in various international markets. 
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of cultural nuances and adapt research methodologies to suit diverse audiences, ensuring that insights accurately reflect the local context.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide localization insights that lead to marketing and product strategies. Identify how cultural and linguistic differences impact user experiences.
  • Manage the complete research process – plan, execute, and analyze user studies.
  • Maintain and analyze the user insight system, delivering valuable user insights and actionable suggestions derived from research to support enhanced decision-making and strategic development.
  • Share user insights regularly with the team. Build a user-focused culture to enhance product value.


  • 5+ years of work experience in user research
  • Cultivate a lean research mindset and possess the ability to precisely delineate the minimum viable research necessary for extracting optimal insights.
  • Proficiency in planning and executing various user research methodologies, such as usability testing, interviews, surveys, and ethnographic studies.
  • Strong analytical skills to distill complex data into actionable insights.
  • Must be capable of conducting English/Mandarin IDIs.


  • Portfolio showcasing previous overseas user research projects.
  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to adapt research approaches to diverse cultural contexts.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Anthropology, Sociology, or Information Science
  • Fluency in multiple languages, particularly in Japanese, German, Spanish, and Korean.





  • Competitive salary with bonus (NT$ 1,000,000-1,400,000/year)
