Our app turns unused smartphones into surveillance cameras, providing a sustainable and user-friendly security option. We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Country Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives and elevate our brand to new heights.

Position Overview:

As the Sales and Marketing Country Manager at AlfredCamera, you will have a critical role in sculpting our sales strategies and marketing initiatives on a national level. Your expertise will be instrumental in bolstering our market share within the country, connecting with our local user base, and propelling the commercial triumph of our cutting-edge software solutions.


1. Country-Specific Integrated Sales and Marketing Strategies:

  • Craft and administer integrated sales and marketing strategies tailored to the country’s consumer purchase journey and cultural specifics.
  • Work in tandem with the global marketing department to customize messaging and campaign execution for sales conversions within the country.

2. Digital Sales Channels Management:

  • Manage and enhance sales outcomes on all digital platforms geared towards consumers, ensuring alignment with country-specific market practices and legal requirements.
  • Employ localized SEO, content marketing, KOL engagement, and social media advertising strategies to escalate sales.

3. Consumer Analytics and Segmentation:

  • Utilize analytics to dissect the country’s consumer markets, devising campaigns that cater to various demographics and consumer behaviors unique to the region.
  • - Scrutinize sales data and market trends to underpin targeting and positioning of products within the country.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Initiate CRM strategies that maximize customer lifetime value, focusing on engagement, retention, and loyalty programs that resonate with the country’s cultural context.
  • Adapt CRM system utilization to gather customer insights and customize sales strategies for different customer segments within the country.

5. Marketing and Product Positioning:

  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to establish a clear market positioning for each product, ensuring they meet the local needs and market inclinations.
  • Develop sales materials and narratives that effectively communicate the products' value proposition and differentiators to the country’s market.

6. Localized Paid Media Strategies:

  • Design and implement paid media campaigns across digital channels, with a focus on platforms and practices prevalent in the country.
  • Continuously tailor paid media expenditure to the country’s market responses and ROI findings.

7. Customer Acquisition and Retention:

  • Enforce strategies for customer acquisition and retention, utilizing funnel analytics to refine conversion rates and enhance customer lifetime value within the country.
  • Synchronize with the customer service team to certify a consistent and positive customer experience that aligns with the country’s sales goals.

8. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

  • Undertake sales forecasting and generate detailed reports on sales KPIs and campaign outputs specific to the country.
  • Persistently assess and communicate the efficacy of all sales activities against ROI and KPI benchmarks within the national context.

9. Country-Specific Sales Promotions:

  • Organize and launch sales promotions in cooperation with the marketing team, guaranteeing uniformity in brand messaging adapted for the country.
  • Exploit CRM tools to deliver personalized sales promotions to target customer segments in the country.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is advantageous.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in B2C software sales with a robust comprehension of digital marketing strategies, particularly within the country of employment.
  • Practical experience with CRM software and digital analytics tools, with the ability to apply them in a country-specific context.
  • A track record of devising and implementing successful e-commerce sales strategies tailored to a national market.
  • A deep understanding of the country’s consumer behavior and digital sales landscape.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and decision-making skills, with a capacity to lead a local team.
  • Analytical prowess to dissect complex data and convert insights into actionable country-specific sales strategies.
  • An inventive thinker with a customer-focused approach who can navigate the nuances of the local market.





  • Competitive salary with bonus (NT$ 800,000-1,600,000/year)
