▍About this role

As an HR Specialist at AlfredCamera, you will play a pivotal role in our company's growth and success. You'll be part of a dynamic environment, collaborating with various teams and departments to ensure the well-being and engagement of our new and existing employees. Your mission is to create a positive work culture, support talent development, and enable our teams to thrive.


While you'll need to have the skills for these responsibilities, please note that you won't be the sole person responsible for all of them.

  • Talent Acquisition: Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and manage the recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by handling employee inquiries and concerns. Address and resolve issues in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Performance Management: Support the performance review process, providing guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans and career development opportunities.
  • Training and Development: Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Benefits and Compensation: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and perks. Ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.
  • HR Policies and Compliance: Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and industry standards.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and organize events and activities to promote team cohesion and boost morale within the company.


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and general HR functions.
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to well-informed priority changes.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive HR matters.


  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI).
  • Experience working in a tech or startup environment.
  • Fluency in English.

  • Competitive salary with bonus(NT$ 560,000 ~ 1,120,000/year)
