▍About this role

As a Product Designer at AlfredCamera, you will be instrumental in crafting exceptional user experiences that delight our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, marketers, data analysts, and user researchers, to design and enhance user-centric solutions. Your mission is to elevate the user experience through insightful and innovative design, ensuring our products not only meet but exceed user expectations.

▍Responsibility

• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively solve user problems and communicate design ideas and interactions.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to define and enhance the overall user experience.
• Keep abreast of user interface trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively share insights and knowledge with the team.
• Maintain a cohesive design system and ensure consistency across all product interfaces.

• Passionate about designing products that genuinely help users solve problems.
• Enthusiastic about understanding real user problems and designing products that enhance user satisfaction and streamline user interactions, breaking down complex challenges into actionable design processes.
• 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design thinking and user-focused results.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or innovative GAI tools.
• Able to adapt to dynamic collaboration environments, prioritize user needs and feedback, and effectively implement the core user experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• Experience in designing for mobile apps and web applications.
• Knowledge of motion design and animation.
• Familiarity with front-end development and the technical aspects of design implementation.
• Previous experience in a tech or startup environment, with a preference for similar team scale (around 50 staff).
• Fluent verbal English.

• Competitive salary with bonus (NT$840,000-1,120,000/year)
