As our team continues to grow rapidly, we are now looking for a mid-level Product Manager to join our team and support our diverse workforce.
As a Product Manager at AlfredCamera, you'll work closely with your Squad, a cross-functional team responsible for specific goals and outcomes, across engineering, design, data, and marketing to deliver goal-oriented product improvements and features.
You will be guided by a Senior PM, owning projects with their consultation, driving execution, and ensuring that your initiatives deliver measurable value to both our users and our business.
This is a mid-level role, ideal for someone with hands-on PM experience who is eager to expand their ownership and is passionate about delivering value and making a global impact through a worldwide product from Taiwan.
Own assigned projects from discovery through launch and iteration.
Translate business goals, user needs, and technical possibilities into clear product requirements and success metrics.
Communicate project goals and plans clearly to the team, and collaborate with engineering, design, and QA to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Use data and user feedback to prioritize features, validate hypotheses, and iterate on solutions.
Monitor performance metrics post-launch, report results, and recommend next steps.
2~4 years of product management or related experience in software products.
Ability to identify effective solutions and break down project goals into actionable steps.
Goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to take ownership of results and learn from outcomes.
Data-driven approach, leveraging metrics, analytics tools, and research (e.g., A/B testing, user feedback, surveys) to deliver measurable impact.
Proactive, structured, and transparent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Fast learner, comfortable exploring new domains/tools and acquiring knowledge quickly.
Background in consumer mobile apps, subscription business models, or SAAS.
Experience working in an agile development team.
