As our hardware business continues to grow across the US, UK, and Europe, we're looking for an E-commerce Operation Specialist to ensure smooth, compliant, and high-performing operations across our e-commerce channels.

Your Role

You will take strong ownership of the end-to-end operational health of our Amazon, Shopify, and e-commerce-related platforms. This role is responsible for maintaining smooth daily e-commerce operations, ensuring compliance with marketplace regulations, resolving issues with speed and clarity, and reporting operational cases with structured analysis.

You'll work closely with our Sales & Acquisition Lead and Marketing Team in a small, fast-moving team. Success in this role requires proactive problem-solving, operational discipline, and a mindset geared toward stability, accuracy, and accountability.

Responsibilities

E-commerce Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain smooth daily operations across Amazon and Shopify, ensuring accurate listings, pricing consistency, and stock availability.

  • Ensure compliance with marketplace regulations, category rules, and required documentation.

  • Monitor platform alerts, account health, suppression notices, and regional restrictions; resolve or escalate issues promptly.

  • Collaborate with supply chain on stock checks, replenishment timing, and FBA readiness.

Issue Resolution & Case Reporting

  • Diagnose operational issues including sales anomalies, listing suppressions, fulfillment delays, review spikes, and policy violations.

  • Prepare structured reports for each issue case, including root cause analysis, supporting data, corrective actions, and follow-up recommendations.

  • Coordinate with platform support teams or external partners to resolve complex operational cases.

Listing Management & Store Optimization

  • Own the quality and accuracy of product listings across all channels.

  • Optimize titles, keywords, bullets, A+ content, and visual assets to improve visibility and conversion.

  • Conduct content refreshes, compliance updates, and periodic listing audits to maintain performance and accuracy.

  • Monitor competitor listings and identify actionable opportunities for improvement.

Promotion Execution

  • Execute platform promotional mechanisms such as Coupons, Lightning Deals, and seasonal events.

  • Ensure accurate setup, timely updates, and smooth execution during promotion periods.

  • Track promotional performance and summarize insights for future optimization.

  • 2+ years of e-commerce operations experience (Amazon, Shopify, Shopee, or similar marketplaces).

  • Demonstrated ownership, with the ability to run day-to-day operations and address issues proactively and independently.

  • High level of accountability, with the ability to detect early signals, interpret performance metrics, and recommend actionable improvements.

  • Effective communicator who collaborates well in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and transparent environment.

  • Proficient in English for internal coordination and supporting global market operations.
